About the Tolling Customer Ombudsman (TCO)
The Tolling Customer Ombudsman (TCO) provides a free and independent alternative dispute resolution process for customers of Breeze, CityLink, EastLink, Hills M2, Roam and Roam Express tolling businesses.
The TCO has the power to make a decision regarding a customer's enquiry or complaint and the relevant tolling business covered by the scheme agrees that the decision is binding.
However, you still maintain your rights. If you are dissatisfied with the TCO's decision you may seek legal advice.
